These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Story Film at film.shkor.com and film.cil.by (the "Service"), operated by Shkor Labs LLC ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Story Film turns a story you submit into a 10–15 minute film. The Service includes a personal cabinet accessed via one-time email links.

2. Orders and payment

• The price of the Service is $999 per film, paid in advance via Stripe.
• An order is confirmed after successful payment. Delivery timelines are communicated in your cabinet and by email.

3. Your content

You retain all rights to the story and materials you submit. You confirm you have the rights to submit them. You grant us a limited licence to use them solely to produce your film.

4. Deliverables and revisions

We deliver the film as described on the site. Reasonable revision requests are handled via support; substantial re-scoping may require additional agreement.

5. Refunds

If production has not started, you may request a full refund. Once production of your film has begun, refunds are handled case by case at our reasonable discretion.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to submit unlawful content, content infringing third-party rights, or content intended to create misleading or harmful material.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order.
