This Privacy Policy explains how Shkor Labs LLC ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use Story Film at film.shkor.com and film.cil.by (the "Service") — a service that turns your story into a 10–15 minute film.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: your email address, used for login via one-time magic links and for order communication.
• Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details; we receive only the payment status and an order reference.
• Story materials: the story text, files and uploads you submit through your cabinet to produce your film.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) used for security and debugging.

2. How we use your data

We use your information to: create and deliver your film; authenticate you; process payments via Stripe; provide customer support; and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Your story materials

The stories and files you upload are used solely to produce your film. We do not publish, resell or use them for other purposes without your explicit consent.

4. Third-party processors

• Stripe — payment processing (governed by Stripe Privacy Policy).
• Email delivery providers — to send magic links and order notifications.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and order data while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by writing to portal@cil.by.
